Licah is a high-drive, ready to please dog. This last year and a half, she has taken me on a wild ride training and testing for her VJP, HZP, and VGP. This dog loves to hunt and it shows every time she gets out of the truck. She is a natural pointer, with a very intense stop. She excels in the water and has a phenomenal nose which she uses to her advantage. She has been a fun dog to train, taking everything I throw at her. She is calm and even tempered in the house and great around our kids and small dogs.

Gretta vom Cabin Creek

Gretta is a smaller sized female, about 50 pounds and a high-power dog with an off switch in the house. She is always ready to hunt and to please. She is very connected to her handler when hunting. She is the type of dog with no quit in her, even with bloody pads and sore muscles. Since she was 8 weeks old, she has always loved the water. The water is where she excels and she has been truly a joy to hunt behind while waterfowl hunting. She works birds nicely by searching thoroughly, holding point, and honoring points. Gretta was our bitch for our A Litter and is now retired from breeding.

DANICA vom Cabin Creek

Danica is one of the sweetest dogs we have ever been around. She loves all people and is a great upland and tracking dog. When she hunts, she is very methodical. Not slow by any means but thinks about where she is going and what she is doing. She is a very easy dog to read when she is on or off tracks. She received a 4H in nose in her VGP, which encouraged us we had a very special dog on our hands. Danica’s D Litter vom Cabin Creek was named Litter of the Year for the Wild West Chapter in 2016. Unfortunately, Danica cannot be bred since she does not meet breed standard, but she has made an amazing hunting dog.
